Melton McNeely

Melton, with over thirty years escalating experience with a private college/university, culminated that phase of his successful career as Director of Business Affairs. He has been a CPA since 1976 (after passing the exam on the first try).

With a wealth of managerial and business experience accumulated over 50 years, Melton sums up his effective approach with people: “Working in the business field has afforded me incredible experiences and opportunities to learn how to deal with people and how to inspire them to want to do the very best job they can do.”

Melton’s responsibilities brought opportunities to travel to many foreign countries including Mexico, Canada, Bahamas, Great Britain, Germany, New Zealand, Australia, and the Philippines. Melton and his wife, Jacque, have also traveled to every state in the U.S.

Melton and Jacque, childhood sweethearts, both grew up in the West Texas town of Abilene, but have called East Texas home since 1982. They enjoy their three children and their spouses, eight  grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren; they also still enjoy each other’s company after over 50 years of marriage.

Dee Kilough

HR Guru

Dee has worked in the Human Resources field in multiple states for several decades. Everytime another career opportunity presented itself she would always end up back in HR. “Can’t help it, there’s just no other field I enjoy as much! Because of that, there’s an automatic energy I bring to our clients. This is the same passion Steve has and why we’ve been able to work so well together. We share the same business and employee growth philosophies and love of the field.”

Dee’s worked extensively with strategic and operational planning, corporate training, policy development and review, and performance management.  She specializes in employee relations, conflict resolution, and onboarding and retention strategies. Her customers have been in a variety of fields, including health care, office systems, churches, and a petroleum company to name a few.

Dee lives in McKinney, Texas and spends her spare time happily writing children’s stories, fishing at a nearby lake with her husband and friends, and valiantly trying to find the best BBQ place in the greater Dallas area. This may take some time…
